Apple iOS 4.3 is officially released

Apple has just released iOS 4.3 for the Apple TV, iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad. The best part of this is the addition of the Apple Hotspot for both GSM and CDMA editions of the iPhone for AT&T and Verizon models.
