Android 3.0 Honeycomb has no hardware requirements

morrildl tweets

Rumors have been spilling everywhere online about Google’s Android Honeycomb setting hardware requirements for manufacturers who wish to build for the platform. Whether it be dual-core, 1GB RAM, etc, we haven’t heard Google comment on any of these as of yet, even after 3 days of CES 2011 in Las Vegas. Why is that? Dan Morril from Google Android team has something to say regarding that as seen in the Tweet above, saying, they don’t set requirements on the side of how the processor is chosen, although he had nothing to say about the resolution requirements.
